Standard session length of 55-60 minutes. Here’s where we get to dig deep and really focus on what’s going on. $165

2-hour virtual EMDR or brainspotting intensive: $450

3-hour virtual EMDR or brainspotting half-day: $675

3-day (15-hour) package: $2,800

Recommended for those individuals who have made significant progress and are looking for periodic maintenance, or those who want to dip their toe in the therapy pool but aren’t quite ready for the deep dive. $85
